These terms cover your use of Tourney Now. By using the site — creating an account, organizing an event, or entering one — you agree to them. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.
You need a valid email address to sign in; we don't use passwords. You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since that's how sign-in links are delivered. This service is intended for users age 13 and older; if you're younger, a parent or guardian should create and manage the account for you.
As an organizer, you're responsible for the content of your event — its name, description, images, registration questions, and any entries or photos you or your entrants add. If you collect information about participants under 13 (for example, in a youth league), you're responsible for having appropriate parental or guardian consent before doing so.
You agree not to use the service to collect more personal information than an event reasonably needs, to harass or discriminate against entrants, or to run events that are illegal or that violate others' rights.
When you enter an event, the organizer can see the information you submit (name, contact details, photo, and any custom answers they asked for), and some of it may appear on a public bracket or results page if the organizer makes it public. Review an event's details before entering if you have concerns about what's collected.
Some event features and add-ons require payment, processed by our third-party payment provider. Prices are shown before you pay. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, fees paid for an event or feature are non-refundable once the event has started or the feature has been used, but we'll work with you in good faith if something went wrong on our end.

We may suspend or remove accounts or events that violate these terms.
You can delete your account at any time from your account page, which removes events you own along with their data. An organizer can delete or end their own event at any time; see an event's settings for those options.
We do our best to keep the service running reliably, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and may update these terms from time to time — continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including disputes between organizers and entrants.
